MRO Integrated Stores Solution Tender – Medite Smartply Manufacturing Facilities, Ireland

Medite Smartply MS invites proposals for a Materials, Repairs and Operations (MRO) integrated stores solution to support two 24/7 manufacturing facilities in Ireland. The contract runs for three years with an option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods, replacing the current Rubix contract expiring in August 2026. The solution must provide an integrated approach to managing MRO consumables and components—such as mechanical parts, electrical items, bearings, motors, seals, lubricants, and gaskets—that are essential for production but do not form part of the finished product. Successful proposals should demonstrate how they will deliver cost savings on material purchases, reduce inventory holding levels for fast-moving items, and ensure continuous supply to maintain operational reliability across both facilities. Both plants operate continuously and depend on consistent access to MRO materials to sustain high operational run times. Inventory management systems are standardized across both sites, and the winning supplier will be expected to integrate with existing practices.
