NEC4 Contract Administration Services for A63 Castle Street Improvement Project

This opportunity seeks a qualified consultant to provide professional NEC4 contract administration services for the A63 Castle Street (North) Enhancement Stage 7 project. The successful consultant will deliver impartial contract management through a competent NEC4 Project Manager, including: contract administration and oversight; payment assessment and certification; program acceptance and approval; risk identification, management and mitigation; and all standard Project Manager duties under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). The role requires expertise in NEC4 contract procedures and demonstrated experience in delivering professional project management services.
