Structural and Building Investigations for Hull City Council High-Rise Residential Buildings

Hull City Council is inviting tenders from qualified organisations to conduct structural and building investigation surveys on four high-rise residential buildings: Melville blocks 1 and 2, New Michael, Lindsey Place, and Denaby Court in Kingston Upon Hull. Selected contractors will provide detailed survey reports and cost estimates for any recommended remedial works. This is an open tender procedure with a single submission stage. The contract runs from 14 September 2026 to 31 May 2027 with no extension options. The estimated contract value is £1,250,000. All tender documents must be completed fully; incomplete submissions will be rejected. Hull City Council reserves the right to award repeat or additional structural survey contracts for similar high-rise and mid-rise buildings to the successful supplier without further competition, using the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure as this contract.
