Floating Support Service for Women Survivors of Domestic Abuse

The City of London Corporation is seeking a provider to deliver a Floating Support Service for the City of London Women's Project (COLWP), a 6-bed temporary accommodation in the London Borough of Greenwich. The service will provide wrap-around support to female survivors of domestic abuse and/or domestic violence, helping them transition to safe, independent housing. Key responsibilities include: developing personalised housing plans; removing barriers to resettlement; addressing safety and wellbeing concerns; supporting intersectionally marginalised service users with diverse needs including neurodiversity and homelessness-related challenges; and coordinating with local Domestic Abuse Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs). The service operates under statutory duties outlined in the Housing Act 1996 (Part VII), the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, and the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The City of London Corporation Department of Community and Children's Services oversees delivery of these services.
