Fenor National School Expansion and Infrastructure Upgrade (Co. Waterford, Ireland)

This primary school construction project involves expanding Fenor National School in County Waterford, Ireland. The scope includes: (1) Construction of a new single-storey Special Educational Needs (SEN) Base extension on the north side of the existing school, featuring 2 classrooms, 1 multi-sensory room, 1 central activities room, 1 office, 1 resource room, staff toilets, and a cleaners' store, connected via a link corridor; (2) Installation of roof-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels for renewable energy; (3) Development of a new car parking area on the south side of the school; (4) Replacement of the wastewater management system, including decommissioning the existing treatment system and percolation area, and installation of new wastewater treatment and percolation infrastructure; (5) All associated site works and ancillary works required for project completion.
