Harrington Bridge Phase 2 Major Maintenance and Repairs

This project involves major maintenance and repair works to Harrington Bridge, including: replacement of severely corroded cross bracing sections at the pier; painting of caissons and bracing connections; minor remedial works to the abutment apron; replacement of bridge deck expansion joints; partial resurfacing of the carriageway; and resurfacing of footways. To safely execute the pier works, a temporary suspended platform will be installed to provide a dry and protected working environment, along with temporary scaffolding and access platforms across the bridge. This is a comprehensive infrastructure maintenance project suitable for contractors with experience in bridge repair, structural steel work, coating applications, and temporary works installation.
