Sales and Distribution Services for Irish Standards

The National Standardisation Authority of Ireland (NSAI) is seeking experienced service providers to deliver comprehensive sales and distribution services for Irish Standards. Under section 17 of the Standards Act, NSAI is required to publish and sell copies of Irish Standards domestically. Additionally, through its membership in international and European standardisation organizations (ISO and CEN), NSAI is authorized to distribute international and European standards. Since 2009, NSAI has outsourced the majority of its sales operations to an external provider. This tender invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for managing the complete sales function, including order fulfillment, customer service, inventory management, and distribution.
