School Health and Wellbeing Service Commission

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive School Health and Wellbeing (SHaW) Service supporting children and young people aged 5-19 years (up to 25 years for those with SEND) across the borough. The service will provide preventative health support, early intervention, and targeted wellbeing services in partnership with schools, families, and local agencies. This procurement is being conducted under the Provider Selection Regime using the Competitive Process route. A single contract will be awarded with a start date of 1 April 2027 and an initial five-year term ending 31 March 2032, with potential extension to 31 March 2036 at the Council's discretion. The SHaW service will form part of the integrated NextGen Greenwich initiative. This is a relaunch of a previously abandoned tender that included pre-market engagement; no separate pre-market engagement notice has been published for this opportunity.
