Sustainable City Charter Innovation Challenge - Delivery Partner

This procurement seeks a qualified external supplier to deliver Stages 2 and 3 of the Sustainable City Charter Innovation Challenge. The Challenge connects low-carbon SMEs with Sustainable City Charter signatories to pilot solutions that reduce operational carbon emissions from non-domestic buildings, which represent approximately 71% of Westminster's greenhouse gas emissions. The appointed supplier will be responsible for: Stage 2 – recruiting SMEs and signatories, conducting matchmaking, administering an SME grant scheme, designing pilots, and providing oversight; Stage 3 – monitoring and evaluating pilots, producing reports and case studies, developing a final evaluation report, delivering a Demo Day, and providing recommendations for scaling successful solutions. This initiative supports local green economic growth and positions Westminster as a hub for green innovation and investment.
