This Challenge seeks innovative technology solutions that help RSLs identify where housing conditions, fuel poverty and individual vulnerability combine to create the greatest health and wellbeing risks. Solutions should translate these insights into practical, targeted actions that improve tenant health outcomes, protect homes and make better use of limited resources.
