Brief

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking qualified suppliers to deliver comprehensive maintenance services for the Woolwich Ferry Linkspan systems. The four linkspans at the north and south terminals are critical infrastructure that provide safe access and egress for all ferry passengers and vehicles. Suppliers will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering cyclic maintenance activities in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual to ensure optimal asset reliability and service performance. The service scope includes: planned cyclic maintenance at 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month intervals involving specialist inspection and testing of lifting and span systems; major component replacement activities required every 5 years; supply and installation of parts; and reactive maintenance including technical support, emergency call-outs, and repairs.
