Transport Services for Children, Young People and Adults (9-16 Seat Vehicles)

The Contracting Authority is seeking qualified transport service providers through an open tender procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. This framework agreement will establish a ranked list of approved suppliers to provide transportation services for children, young people, and adults using 9-16 passenger seat vehicles. The framework will run from August 2026 to July 2028, with optional one-year extensions (subject to contract review and budget availability). Suppliers must demonstrate their ability to meet the full requirements detailed in the Specification (Appendix A) and provide the most advantageous tender in terms of quality, cost, and service delivery. Please note that local government reorganisation may occur during the contract period, which could result in modifications to the contract scope, area of coverage, or requirements. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend the contract as necessary to respond to any changes resulting from reorganisation.
