Consultant-Led Rheumatology Outpatient Services at Bognor Regis

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a rheumatology consultant to deliver additional outpatient capacity at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital. This insourcing arrangement requires the consultant to provide face-to-face new and follow-up patient clinics, review medical notes, prepare outcome letters, and manage diagnostic tests using the Trust's existing systems and facilities. The service must operate a minimum of four clinic days per month to support the 18-week Referral to Treatment standard and comply with NICE guidelines. Monthly performance review meetings are required. This is a further competition under the NHS Workforce Alliance Insourced Services Framework Agreement (RM6276) conducted under the Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023. The contract runs from April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with an optional 12-month extension at the Authority's discretion.
