Catering Services Tender - The Palmer Catholic Academy

The Palmer Catholic Academy (TPCA) is a voluntary aided Catholic secondary school in Ilford serving approximately 1,100 students and 140 staff. We are seeking an experienced catering partner to deliver innovative, health-focused food services across our three daily service periods: breakfast, morning break, and lunchtime. Current annual catering revenue exceeds £300,000 across five service points. The successful supplier will be expected to: introduce fresh, nutritionally balanced menus reflecting current food trends while maintaining traditional values; maximize sales and uptake through dynamic and appealing food offerings; ensure efficient, consistent service with excellent staff and student interaction; integrate catering staff into the school community and support curriculum activities; enhance staff skills and on-site leadership; and improve the dining environment through better merchandising and pupil experience design. We are looking for a partner with operational excellence, cultural fit, and a commitment to continuous improvement who can manage the mobilization period and deliver services starting Summer 2026.
