Legionella Bacteria Management in Water Systems - Sefton Council Buildings

Sefton MBC is seeking a contractor to manage legionella bacteria in water systems across various corporate buildings for 12 months (1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027), with an optional 6-month extension. The service covers supply of trained staff, transport, and access equipment to premises primarily located within Sefton borough, with some locations outside the boundary. The contractor must perform regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of water systems to ensure compliance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
