Physical On-Site Security Services Framework Agreement

This is a multi-organization framework agreement for physical on-site security services. The framework enables multiple separate organizations to access security guarding services through a single contract. Each participating organization will maintain independent operations with dedicated security officers, supervisory staff, and CCTV operators. Service delivery, governance, and performance management are managed separately for each organization. The estimated annual spend is approximately £4 million from LLDC and £1 million from LS185. The notice value is set at £50 million to accommodate additional security services and provide maximum flexibility across the 4-year contract period. This framework is open to suppliers capable of delivering comprehensive physical security solutions across multiple client organizations.
