Single Supplier Framework Agreement for Design and Build Civil and Structural Contractor - DART+ Programme

Ireland is seeking a Design and Build Civil and Structural Contractor through a single supplier Framework Agreement to support the DART+ programme. DART+ is a transformative modernisation initiative for rail services in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA). The programme will expand the DART network from 50 kilometres to 150 kilometres, transforming commuter rail travel and providing sustainable, electrified, reliable, and more frequent services across all rail corridors serving Dublin. The new electrified fleet will increase capacity, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and extend DART services to new and existing communities. This is a significant infrastructure opportunity for a qualified contractor to deliver major civil and structural design and build works as the sole supplier under the framework agreement.
