EMET is seeking information from organizations that can provide modern HR and Payroll solutions suitable for a Multi Academy Trust with approximately 2,200 users. This is a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise, not a formal tender. The purpose is to gather market intelligence about available solutions, their capabilities, and upcoming developments to inform the design of a future tender specification. Responses will help EMET understand pricing models, identify the most appropriate procurement route (including potential framework agreements), and ensure best value for the Trust and its employees.
