IT Hardware Maintenance and Support Services

Translink is seeking a single supplier to provide comprehensive IT hardware maintenance and support services for their Information Services Division. The contract covers: (a) Hardware maintenance for physical servers, storage systems (SAN/NAS), and client devices including laptops, desktops, and printers; (b) Round-the-clock out-of-hours support with a 4-hour response time and 4-hour fix service level agreement for physical servers, available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; (c) Business continuity services including planning, implementation, and testing; and (d) Transition and transformation services to support operational changes such as site migrations, service implementations, and print management upgrades. The successful supplier will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime, maintaining service availability, and supporting Translink's IT infrastructure stability and modernization efforts.
