Clearance and Cleaning Services for Void Properties and Communal Areas

Cannock Chase District Council (CCDC) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive clearance and cleaning services for void (untenanted) social housing properties and communal areas across 33 general need residential blocks. Core services include property and garden clearances, pre and post-void property cleaning, carpet cleaning, rubbish removal, graffiti removal, pest control, hoarding dispersal, needle sweeps, and white goods disposal. Additional services may be required including fly tipping collection, specialist deep cleaning, hazardous waste removal, garage clearances, and personal effects decanting. The successful supplier must complete void property clearances within 24 hours of site access notification and external rubbish removal within 72 hours. A rolling monthly maintenance programme is required for all 33 blocks, with each block attended once monthly and all communal windows and doors cleaned internally and externally once annually. Suppliers must demonstrate capability to meet these strict timelines and ongoing service commitments.
