The successful provider will deliver a full-service managed ICT solution including 24/7 service desk support (52 weeks per year), onsite technical staffing during term time, strategic IT guidance, and infrastructure management across all schools. Key responsibilities include designing and managing ICT infrastructure, coordinating third-party vendors, implementing security patches and monitoring, delivering staff and student digital training, maintaining technical and operational documentation, driving technology innovation, and supporting major IT projects and upgrades.
