Non-Domestic Consumer Experience Tracking Study 2026

Ofgem is seeking a supplier to conduct ongoing research tracking non-domestic (business) consumers' experiences with the energy market, now expanded to include heat networks. The project will assess satisfaction and experiences across key business sub-groups and market segments. Building on four years of existing data, this longitudinal study aims to understand how business experiences in the non-domestic energy market evolve over time. Importantly, this represents the first quantitative measurement of business experiences on heat networks. Suppliers should be experienced in conducting large-scale business surveys, managing longitudinal research panels, and analyzing energy market data across multiple customer segments.
