Acoustic Phone Booths Supply and Installation

Unite Procurement UK Limited, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking multiple suppliers to provide acoustic phone booths for secure communications across UK public sector organisations. This procurement covers the supply, installation, and ongoing maintenance of modular, soundproof phone booths designed to create confidential communication spaces in shared office environments. The booths must feature high-quality acoustic insulation to prevent eavesdropping and external noise interference, accommodate standard office telecommunications equipment, and comply with security protocols. Suppliers should provide details of their product range, acoustic specifications (including noise reduction ratings), installation capabilities, and maintenance service offerings. Selected suppliers will join the Unite Procurement Platform, which enables efficient procurement for public sector organisations.
