Managed Services for CSO's AWS Cloud Environment

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) is inviting tenders from qualified service providers to manage and maintain its existing AWS cloud infrastructure. The successful contractor will be responsible for day-to-day operations, security management, performance monitoring, cost optimization, compliance governance, and technical support for the CSO's cloud environment. Responsibilities include: operational support and incident response, continuous security monitoring and compliance, infrastructure optimization to reduce costs, reporting and governance activities, and exit planning support. The contractor may also support the CSO's applications teams with implementing new workloads and infrastructure changes during the contract period. This opportunity does not include cloud platform selection, new infrastructure design, or large-scale data migration projects. Qualified bidders should have demonstrated experience in AWS managed services, cloud operations, security protocols, and enterprise-level infrastructure support.
