Pre-Paid Card Services for Direct Payments

Devon County Council (DCC) is seeking a pre-paid card provider to manage Direct Payments for clients. The successful contractor will establish individual client accounts and provide a secure online portal allowing clients to view account balances and make payments. Additionally, the contractor must supply a separate administrative portal enabling DCC staff to manage client accounts, update Direct Payment amounts, modify personal details, and access management reporting. This is a direct award call-off contract from Lot 1 of the NEPO505 Payment Card Services framework. Interested suppliers should have experience in managing pre-paid card schemes, strong data security protocols, and the capability to support both client-facing and staff-facing digital platforms.
