This cyclical maintenance programme provides opportunities for contractors to undertake a comprehensive range of building upkeep works on leasehold properties. Scope includes: external works (decoration, fencing, railings, gates, walls, gutters, downpipes, fascias, soffits, bargeboards, roofing, doors and windows); structural components (balustrades, handrails, external steps, hardstanding, timber decking); outbuildings and storage (garages, external stores, outbuildings, service cupboards, bin stores); internal communal areas (communal doors, communal flooring, internal decoration); and external amenities (car ports, external lighting, rotary drying facilities). This is a scheduled maintenance contract suitable for multi-trade contractors or specialist providers in roofing, decoration, carpentry, metalwork, and general building works.
