Integrated Consultancy Team for Omagh Wayfinding Scheme

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking a qualified Lead Consultant registered on Construction Line to provide integrated consultancy services for the DFC Regeneration Omagh Wayfinding Scheme. The successful consultant will lead a team responsible for developing and designing a comprehensive wayfinding system for Omagh, including public consultation, obtaining all necessary statutory approvals, managing funding, and procuring an Integrated Supply Team to deliver the project. Key responsibilities include contract administration, construction supervision, and ensuring the scheme meets all relevant standards set by statutory authorities and environmental agencies. The project runs from design through to practical completion and handover with all defects rectified.
