Insurance and Related Services Provider for Chime Housing

Watford Community Housing Trust, trading as Chime Housing, is seeking one or more insurance providers to deliver comprehensive insurance and related services. Required coverage includes property damage, business interruption, employers' liability, public liability, product liability, property owners' liability, business combined/office, money, all risks, computer, contract works, group personal accident, and employment practices liability insurance. Suppliers must demonstrate financial stability with insurers rated at least 'A-' by Standard & Poor's, 'A-' by AM Best, or an equivalent rating from a reputable credit rating agency. Ratings below A- may be considered at the contracting authority's discretion with prior approval. Successful bidders will be evaluated on their ability to provide suitable insurer options and coverage choices, maintain a skilled team including client relationship managers, claims handlers, brokers, and risk managers, and deliver quality service to the organization and its clients.
