Community Consultation Services for Three Recreation Grounds

Elmbridge Borough Council seeks a consultant to conduct comprehensive community engagement activities across three local recreation spaces: Lower Green Recreation Ground, Littleheath Recreation Ground, and George Froude Open Space. The consultant will design and deliver diverse consultation methods (both in-person and digital) to gather resident feedback on desired uses for these spaces and preferred play activities in designated play areas. The successful tenderer will produce four key deliverables: a public consultation results report, a recommendations proposal document for space usage based on community input, a detailed play area proposal document for contractor procurement, and a summarized version of results and proposals for use in procurement exercises. Tenderers should visit the sites before submission to develop informed, innovative bids that demonstrate compliance with the Technical Specification and provide value for money. All bid responses must be thorough, concise, and address the specified requirements.
