Point-of-Use Water Filter Supply and Services

The Trust is seeking a supplier to provide compliant and reliable point-of-use (POU) water filtration solutions for clinical environments. The solution must reduce the risk of waterborne pathogens, particularly Legionella pneumophila and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, in high-risk areas including NICU, oncology, transplant, and intensive care units, in compliance with HTM 04-01 and BS 8580-2:2022 standards. The supplier will provide 0.2 μm absolute-rated filters for taps and showers. Key requirements include: an initial order of approximately 1,000 units; estimated annual demand of 12,000 filters (volumes are indicative and may vary); consistent availability and rapid delivery of replacement filters; and participation in a mandatory on-site product demonstration.
