    Brief

The Connect to Work Programme seeks a delivery partner to implement the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) component across the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA). This opportunity involves delivering supported employment services to approximately 1,000 participants annually across all 6 local authority areas within the city region. The programme will operate two delivery models: Individual Placement Support (IPS) delivered in-house by CA and LA staff, and the SEQF model to be commissioned externally. The successful provider should demonstrate capacity to deliver across the entire geographical footprint and participant volume. A single provider is anticipated to fulfil this requirement, though final volumes and coverage will be confirmed through the procurement process. Note: Budget codes and cost centres are currently being finalised with finance; further financial details will be available shortly.
