Programme Challenge and Assurance Partner for Euston Campus Redevelopment

The Euston Delivery Company (EDC) is seeking a Programme Challenge and Assurance Partner to support the delivery of the Euston Programme, which involves the integrated redevelopment of the Euston campus into a world-class transport gateway integrating mainline railway, London Underground, bus and taxi infrastructure, alongside a new high-speed terminus. The successful partner will provide expert support across five key areas: (1) Cost Challenge, Control and Analysis - forecasting Expected Cost at Completion and benchmarking estimates; (2) Schedule Control and Optimisation - examining programme deliverables, interdependencies and timings; (3) Value Engineering and Design/Delivery Integration - challenging design outputs and interface risks across delivery packages; (4) Commercial Optimisation and Advice - scrutinising contracts, deliverables and resourcing to identify risks and optimise value; and (5) Programme Management and Performance - implementing integrated reporting and risk management. EDC anticipates requiring these services throughout the programme, though the scope of work, contract value, start date, duration and procurement route are subject to ongoing development. The organisation is evaluating whether a single long-term contract or phased reprocurement would be most advantageous. This is a pipeline notice only; no procurement commitment has been made.
