    Brief

Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking one or more organisations to deliver comprehensive employability services across Glasgow. The service will support people aged 16+ with long-term mental health conditions and people aged 18+ in recovery from problematic alcohol and/or drug misuse to access employment opportunities and achieve sustainable recovery. Successful suppliers must demonstrate cultural sensitivity, understanding of Glasgow's inequalities, and expertise in supporting people experiencing multiple vulnerabilities. Suppliers should establish collaborative partnerships with voluntary and statutory organisations to provide integrated community support. Key objectives include: promoting recovery and increasing access to employability support; increasing the number of individuals entering employment; and facilitating access to complementary local community services through partnership working.
