Participant Recruitment Provider for Citizens Assemblies

The Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner for Cheshire is seeking a provider to recruit participants for Citizens Assemblies—community engagement events that gather views from randomly selected local residents on policing issues. The successful provider will be responsible for recruiting up to 35 participants per assembly and facilitating voucher payments to recognize participants' time. The provider does not need to attend the events. Four main assemblies are planned for September 2026, February 2027, September 2027, and February 2028 (with the latter three subject to change), with potential additional audience-specific sessions for young people or individuals with criminal justice system experience.
