Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Training Programme - Market Testing

Leicester City Council is conducting a soft market test (not a formal tender) to gather information about commissioning an accredited Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Training Programme. The programme will include train-the-trainer training, training materials, accreditation, and ongoing trainer support. This market testing exercise invites potential providers and stakeholders to express interest and provide feedback on the proposed service model and specification principles. The feedback will inform the Council's options appraisal and help develop the final specification. Leicester City Council is a unitary authority serving approximately 110 state-funded schools and 60,000 pupils across 21 wards. The Council has experienced increasing demand for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) services and seeks to promote inclusive practice and improve outcomes for children and young people with behavioural, social, emotional, and special educational needs.
