Property Maintenance Framework Agreement for Northern Ireland Government Estate 2028

This is a Framework Agreement for providing comprehensive property maintenance services across the Northern Ireland Government Estate. The framework will be divided into three geographical lots (North, South, and West) and will last for 4 years after an initial mobilisation period. Services include: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Works, Remedial Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Minor Works up to £250,000 (including design services where needed). Successful suppliers will be appointed to NEC4 Facilities Management Contracts (FMCs) with participating government bodies. Important note: appointment to the framework does not guarantee any specific workload; it indicates the intention to use appointed contractors for services as needed. The actual volume and value of work delivered will depend on clients' asset portfolios and budget availability. This is a preliminary market engagement phase to gather supplier information before formal procurement.
