Delivery Partnership Framework (DPF 2) is a four-year closed framework agreement valued at £75-100M (excluding VAT) designed to support the Met Office in developing future technology solutions and delivering products and services throughout their full lifecycle. The framework promotes agility and innovation through a compliant and flexible commercial structure. There are 6 Lots available: Lot 1 and 1A focus on Data Platform support (Snowflake and ecosystem); Lot 2 and 2A focus on Customer Enablement Platform support (ServiceNow and ecosystem); Lot 3 covers Secure Services requiring higher security clearance for Defence-related work at OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE classifications and above; and Lot 4 provides access to application development suppliers supporting a wide range of products and services across all customer types, with Bronze, Silver, and Gold Service Levels available.
