Operator for Kirkleatham Walled Garden Catering and Events

The Council is seeking an experienced operator to manage and develop the Kirkleatham Walled Garden facility on a commercial basis. The successful organisation will be responsible for all aspects of operations including visitor attraction management, admissions, catering services, retail operations, weddings, events hosting, and venue hire. This is a concession contract offering an initial 5-year term with the option to extend for a further 5 years. Prospective operators should have demonstrated experience in visitor attraction management, events coordination, catering operations, and commercial business development.
