Legal Advisory Services for Scottish Community Care & Wellbeing Programme

Scottish Futures Trust is seeking a legal advisor to support the development of the Scottish Government's Community Care & Wellbeing Programme (CCWP). The programme aims to establish new community care and wellbeing centres across Scotland that integrate primary, community, and diagnostic health services. The centres will follow standardized service models, design standards, and governance frameworks. A significant portion of centres will be funded through private investment using the Mutual Investment Model, structured as strategic partnerships or joint ventures with private sector partners. The successful supplier will provide comprehensive legal advisory services including: structuring and negotiating partnering arrangements, developing contract and procurement documents, and supporting the procurement process to select a private sector delivery partner. This role requires expertise in healthcare partnerships, public-private collaboration models, and commercial contract development. The programme is in early development stages, offering the opportunity to shape legal frameworks for a major Scottish health infrastructure initiative.
