IT Support Services for Biggleswade Town Council

Biggleswade Town Council is seeking a qualified IT support provider to deliver comprehensive managed IT services. The successful supplier will manage the Council's IT infrastructure, telephony, connectivity, software licensing, and cyber security. This is a single-supplier contract with dedicated account management and consolidated billing. The Council operates a hybrid and flexible working environment with Microsoft 365, advanced networking, Wi-Fi infrastructure, cyber security systems, and modern meeting room technology. Staff work remotely regularly, and Council meetings are delivered both in-person and virtually via Zoom and YouTube. The ideal partner will be reliable, responsive, and security-focused, with the ability to support the Council's operational and digital needs. The contract will run for three years initially, with the option to extend for a further period subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
