Allotment Site Infrastructure Works - Tuttles Lane West, Wymondham

Wymondham Town Council is seeking competitive tenders for infrastructure development at a new allotment site in Wymondham, Norfolk (planning application 2026/2374). The project is divided into four packages: (A) site entrance, access road, car parking with accessible spaces, and drainage; (B) deer-proof perimeter fencing and gates; (C) common pathways, grassed areas, and final site reinstatement; and (D) optional landscaping and biodiversity enhancements. Tenderers should price each package individually and provide a total project cost. The Council may award the work as a single contract or separate packages based on value for money. This tender establishes anticipated costs while planning approval is being finalized. Contract award and work commencement are conditional on obtaining planning permission and all required statutory approvals. The Council reserves the right to modify scope following planning decisions, defer award, or withdraw from any part of the works. The project excludes individual plot preparation, plot fencing, sheds, greenhouses, water infrastructure, and communal buildings.
