Exhibition Space Organiser Services for the International AI Summit 2026 in Dublin

This Request for Quotation seeks an experienced Exhibition Space Organiser to provide end-to-end project and production management for the Innovation Spotlight exhibition space at the International AI Summit 2026, held on October 14, 2026 at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) in Dublin, Ireland. The successful service provider will work collaboratively with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Deloitte Ireland, the RDS, vendors, and stakeholders to design and deliver the exhibition experience. Responsibilities include: managing exhibitor engagement, ensuring consistent branding and user experience aligned with the overall summit objectives, coordinating logistics and production across Hall 1 and Hall 4 of the RDS, and supporting the delivery of networking opportunities throughout the full-day event. The AI Summit features keynote addresses, plenary sessions, fireside chats, on-stage demonstrations, and all-day hospitality alongside the Innovation Spotlight exhibition. The appointed service provider will report to the Lead Event Manager and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure seamless integration of the exhibition space within the broader conference programme.
