Ireland - HSE Design Team Services Framework 2024 for Non-Acute Healthcare Capital Works (€1M-€15M) - Southeast Region

The Health Services Executive (HSE) is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to procure design team services for non-acute healthcare capital projects valued between €1 million and €15 million (excluding VAT) in the Southeast region (Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, and South Tipperary). This framework operates under a Restricted Procedure and is organized into seven Lots covering: Architect (with specialisms in planning, design process supervision, fire safety, and BIM management), Quantity Surveyor, Building Services Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Employer's Representative, Energy Efficiency Design Facilitator, and Assigned Certifier. Qualified service providers are invited to express interest for inclusion on the framework, which will generate call-off contracts for specific projects. The initial project under this framework is a proposed ambulance development facility in Carlow. Providers can apply as principal service providers for individual Lots or as specialist subconsultants supporting lead disciplines.
