HMRC Data Centre Exit Programme Management Office Services

HMRC is seeking a Programme and Project Management Office (PMO) service provider to support the Data Centre Exit (DCE) Programme. The successful supplier will deliver comprehensive governance, planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, benefits realization, supplier coordination, assurance activities and business readiness support. These services will enable effective management and oversight of HMRC's transition from legacy data centre infrastructure to modern cloud-based services, including associated technology migration activities. The contract is offered on a no-commitment basis with services delivered through fixed-price Statements of Work that clearly define deliverables, milestones and payment terms. Total contract value is up to £9,000,000 (excluding VAT), comprising an initial term of £6,000,000 and an optional extension period of £3,000,000.
