    Brief

Tipperary County Council is seeking a consulting firm to develop and implement a flood relief scheme for Nenagh, Ireland. The project follows the completion of the Shannon River Basin Catchment Flood Risk Assessment and Management (CFRAM) Study, which identified Nenagh as requiring further assessment and flood protection measures. The selected consultant will be responsible for: identifying and designing a flood relief scheme that meets technical, social, environmental, and economic criteria; submitting applications for planning consent; completing detailed design work; and managing the procurement and construction oversight of the scheme. The consultant must address both engineering and environmental aspects of the project to protect the Nenagh community from flooding to an established standard of protection. This is a comprehensive contract spanning from initial design through to construction completion.
