    Brief

Dublin City Council is establishing a single-party framework agreement for a four-year period to supply, deliver, and maintain Semi-Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) with lead II ECG capability for Dublin Fire Brigade and Dublin Civil Defence. The initial contract will run for 2 years, with the option to extend further contracts to the successful tenderer within the framework scope, potentially beyond the framework's lifetime. Required equipment includes up to 60 defibrillators with batteries and protective carry cases, capable of manual operation and 3-lead monitoring. These devices will be distributed across Dublin Fire Brigade's fleet of emergency response vehicles, ambulances, and designated static locations. Eligible suppliers should be prepared to provide ongoing maintenance and support services. Interested parties can access detailed tender documentation and submit applications through www.etenders.gov.ie (Resource ID 6205117).
