Off The Street Accommodation Provider - Eastbourne Borough Council

Eastbourne Borough Council (EBC) is seeking one or more experienced providers to deliver Off The Street Accommodation (OTSO) for rough sleepers in Eastbourne. This is an established opportunity, building on EBC's participation in the East Sussex Rough Sleeping Initiative since 2018. The successful provider(s) will deliver: a minimum of 10 units of OTSO available on a pre-paid block-booking arrangement; housing management staff sufficient to meet the needs of Eastbourne's rough sleeping population; and maintenance, cleaning, and voids management services. EBC works collaboratively with the Rough Sleeping Initiative Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), Outreach, and Housing First services to ensure rough sleepers access appropriate support and accommodation.
