Traffic Control Equipment and Infrastructure Supply, Installation and Maintenance Framework

This framework agreement covers the supply, installation, and maintenance of traffic control equipment and infrastructure across Swansea Council and Neath Port Talbot Council. The contract encompasses five service areas: (1) Traffic Signals, including signal junctions, toucan, pelican, puffin, and PEDEX crossings; (2) Automatic Rising Bollards; (3) Variable Message, Over-height Vehicle, and Driver Information Signs; (4) Electrical Testing and Periodic Inspection; and (5) Non-Routine and Planned Works. The contractor is responsible for fault diagnosis, reporting to the engineer, and coordinating repairs with other suppliers at their own cost. The authority reserves the right to issue task orders on behalf of Neath Port Talbot Council, Carmarthenshire Council, and other third-party local authorities under the contract terms.
