Low Level Housing Support Services Tender - Torfaen

Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking qualified service providers to deliver Low Level Housing Support services funded through the Welsh Government's Housing Support Grant Programme. This housing-related support service will provide practical advice and assistance to adults with low-level housing support needs across all tenures in Torfaen. Key service objectives include: delivering proactive and preventative support to vulnerable individuals; using early intervention approaches to prevent tenancy breakdown; promoting independent living within the community; reducing isolation through community participation; and working with local services to sustain accommodation. The service will support individuals across all accommodation types and locations, with a focus on accessibility and holistic support. Maximum annual funding available is £350,000. The initial contract period is 5 years with the possibility of extending for up to 36 months subject to annual review. A Market Engagement Event will be held on Tuesday 28th July from 10am to 12pm at TCBC Civic Centre, Pontypool, NP4 6YB for all potential stakeholders.
