Science Lab Refurbishment at De La Salle College, Waterford

This project involves the internal upgrade and refurbishment of science laboratory facilities at De La Salle College in Waterford, Ireland. The scope includes refurbishing 4 science lab spaces: 1 laboratory on the first floor (C-Corridor in main building) and 3 laboratories on the ground floor, plus 1 demonstration room, hallway, circulation areas, office, and ground floor restroom. All refurbished spaces will be upgraded to current Department of Education standards with comprehensive mechanical and electrical system upgrades, new furniture fit-out, blackout blinds, and new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes throughout. The project will be executed in two separate phases and is governed by the PW-CF6 Public Works Short Form Contract. This is a construction opportunity suitable for contractors experienced in educational facility refurbishment and M&E installations.
